MIDSOMER MURDERS
MIDSOMER RHAPSODY
After the sole murder in 'Sauce for the Goose' the rate multiplies again in 'Midsomer Rhapsody'. An interesting and well developed plot concerning forgery, old grudges and, of course, murder in a story centering around a beautiful piece of music and it's composer.
This episode is set in winter so we see snow and rain in Midsomer. Cully is back, Bullard reveals himself to be an expert in handwriting and at one point Barnaby and Scott are chased by dogs!
One particular death involving a motor cycle is a real shocker. Fans of the 'Vicar of Dibley' watch out for the in-joke towards the end.
